Return window
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
Non-returnable items
Opened or used pesticides, fertilizers and seed packets can't be returned once opened, for safety and quality reasons — unless the product is defective or was delivered damaged.
Condition for return
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
How to request a return
Contact us at support@khetiwala.com or call 1800-3000-2434 with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer.
Damaged or wrong items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled directly from your account before they're confirmed for shipping. After that, contact support.
